To will is to select a goal, determine a course of action that will bring one to that goal, and then hold to that action till the goal is reached. The key is action.

Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Success is not about seeking constant external comparison; it's about focusing on your own progress and growth, competing only with your previous self.
