Happiness is an inside job
Simply seek happiness, and you are not likely to find it. Seek to create and love without regard to your happiness, and you will likely to happy much of the time.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.
Strong people know how to keep their life in order. Even with tears in their eyes, they still manage to say "I'm ok" with a smile.
Be the reason someone smiles today.
As soon as you TRUST yourself, you will know how to live.
